Mercuria supports the United Nations’ Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and practises these principles in our business dealings. Mercuria expects its employees and the companies that it works with to follow fair labor practices, and we will refuse to conduct business with those who would use forced or slave labor.

Guidance on Implementing the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, implemented in November 2018 by the SECO and the FDFA, is a key document for the Commodity Trading sector and for Mercuria. Mercuria is pleased to implement the principles in this document as part of its core business processes and practices.
